FAQs
What's the difference between a Virtual Assistant and an Online Business Manager?
A Virtual Assistant handles the day-to-day: inbox and calendar management, listing coordination, CRM updates, and other recurring tasks. An Online Business Manager digs into your business, managing your systems, projects and any team members to ensure your business runs smoothly.
What are the benefits of hiring a Virtual Assistant instead of a full-time administrative assistant?
A Virtual Assistant costs less than a full-time hire, since there's no salary, benefits, payroll taxes or office space to cover; you pay only for the hours or project you need. You also don’t pay for the time and cost of recruiting, interviewing, and training. And because I specialize in real estate, I'm already fluent in your tools and workflows from day one.
What tasks can you take off my plate?
Common examples include transaction and listing coordination, CRM and database management and implementation, calendar and inbox management, social media scheduling, email marketing, client onboarding, vendor and showing coordination and systems/SOP creation. Tell me what's eating your time and we'll build a package to suit your needs.
Do you communicate directly with clients?
Yes, within the limits of industry regulations, I can handle client-facing communication, while anything requiring a licensed Realtor's judgment or advice stays with you.
We start with a discovery call to talk through your business, pain points, and goals. From there I put together a proposal with recommended services and hours. Once you sign off, we schedule an onboarding call to set up access, tools, and workflows.
